CHURCHVILLE, Md. — Maryland State Police issued an Amber Alert late Monday morning for 7-year-old Khalil Rodney Ringgold, who was last seen in Harford County.
Khalil was spotted around 8:35 a.m. near Churchville Elementary School on the 2900 block of Level Road. He was seen getting into a gray 2022 Nissan Altima with Ohio license plates JFK3146.
Khalil is described as 3 feet, 5 inches tall, weighing 32 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
The Harford County Sheriff's Office first reported the abduction on X (formerly Twitter) at 10:10 a.m.
